Water Fitness
Water fitness classes can benefit individuals who are just starting to exercise, as well as those who would like a more intense workout (each person exercises at his/her own pace). Water exercises puts less stress on joints than land exercises because the effects of gravity are minimized. Working against water resistance improves muscle strength and cardio endurance. Swimming skills are not needed for participation.
Senior Swim
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 9:00-10:00 AM in the Therapy Pool
- Monday, Wednesday and Friday – 8 – 10 AM in the Lap Pool
- Tuesday and Thursday – 8 – 9 AM in the Lap Pool
Twinges and Hinges
Total range of motion program for those suffering from muscular or joint discomfort. This class is recommended prior to and after joint and back surgery.
Ages: 14 and up
Times: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10:00-11:00 A. M.
Water Workout
This full body workout is a combination of cardio endurance, muscle conditioning and interval training. Aqua Step and Hydro-Pilates will also be incorporated with the use of thera-band. This non-impact portion of class will help strengthen and stretch muscles. You do not need to get your hair wet for this class.
Ages: 14 and up

- Monday thru Friday – 5:00 to 6:30 PM
